Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at bannyaffiliate@gmail.com. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for standard returns.
Some products may be fulfilled through third-party fulfillment partners, so return instructions may vary depending on the product. Please contact us first so we can provide the correct return steps.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested beauty products, skincare products, makeup products, personal care items, hair tools, wellness items, or accessories that come into direct contact with the skin, hair, face, lips, or body.
We also do not accept returns for custom products, final sale items, sale items, gift cards, digital products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.
